The staff at Crowne Plaza Quanzhou were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The receptionists impressed us with their ability to communicate in English, ensuring a smooth experience. A special shoutout to Jimmy, who kindly assisted us with our luggage, and Ken, who went above and beyond to help with our booking and breakfast arrangements. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. The hotel itself felt fresh and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment for my family and me. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Service stood out excellently among all else. Ken at the concierge was exceptionally helpful. Had booked too small a room for a family of four without knowing size of double beds but Ken has tried his best to accommodate us, and when we asked to pay for an upgrade after seeing the room, he also continued to help us as much as possible while changing room. Patiently explained all the while and you dont feel rushed at all. Room is clean and excellent. Fantastic stay with excellent service!

Crowne Plaza Quanzhou Hotel is a fantastic hotel to stay a night in. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I think the only down side for a none Chinese speaking traveller from the UK was the difficulty getting a simple bit of food in the evening when we arrive in all the hotels we have stayed in on this trip. But everything else was fantastic

Top notch service, very spacious and comfortable room with both shower and bath. Special thanks to Ken at the front desk for helping us arrange a taxi to Xiamen airport. It is not in the city centre, but the taxi ride takes about 15 minutes.
